REBODY® PNF-Training – basic certification (4 days)

REBODY® PNF-Training is functional training based on the PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) method from classical physiotherapy. PNF is a physiotherapeutic method aimed at improving neuromuscular coordination and motor control through the appropriate stimulation of the body’s own proprioceptors. PNF movement patterns are an integral part of all natural movement and therefore ensure optimal biomechanics.

REBODY® PNF-Training is designed for personal fitness trainers, physical education teachers, and physiotherapists who prefer an innovative, multifaceted, highly effective, and health-oriented functional training approach. While REBODY® PNF-Training is not purely a therapeutic method, it provides in-depth professional knowledge, a clear methodology, and effective training tools.

The contents of this basic certification include:

• Fundamental principles of the neurophysiology of movement

• Execution of all basic PNF patterns with optimal biomechanics for the shoulder and scapula as well as the pelvis and hip joint

• REBODY® PNF training of all patterns using bodyweight

• Functional REBODY® PNF strength/endurance training with external resistance in full and partial PNF patterns, functional hypertrophy

• Advanced core training through the application of PNF pelvic and scapular patterns

• Combination of upper and lower extremity PNF patterns for optimal full-body training

• Specific characteristics of PNF biomechanics for explosive strength training

• Application of PNF patterns and principles in competitive sports

• 3D REBODY® PNF active and passive/assisted flexibility training for the entire body
